Our Multi Modal Fitness (MMF) classes provide progressive approach to better functionality. have you ever found yourself laboring to go up steps or how pick up heavy and/or odd objects from the floor? In our classes we cover the dynamics of proper movements patterns that will aid in lifting, jumping, running, pushing, pulling, bending, to name a few. Using the body wisely is just one aspect, we build members to prepare mentally, creating safer and smarter approaches to longevity that will yield a long term benefit but this mindset isn’t just for the gym, IT IS FOR YOUR ENTIRE LIFE!!
